BESITEC Receives the Hamburg Family Seal

We’re very happy to share that we’ve been awarded the Hamburg Family Seal!
This seal is presented to small and medium-sized companies that show exceptional commitment to helping employees balance work and family life. It’s an initiative of the Hamburg Alliance for Families, supported by the Hamburg Senate, the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts.

For us, the award is more than just a symbol – it affirms our ongoing dedication to building a company culture rooted in appreciation, flexibility, and responsibility. In an increasingly dynamic work environment, we believe it’s essential to create space for family-related needs – through flexible working hours, remote work, or a culture of open communication.

The certification process was straightforward yet based on clear criteria: In addition to interviews with management and our HR representative, employees were also included – a practical and meaningful approach we greatly appreciated.
