Peter Kossing celebrates 20 years at BESITEC

We are delighted to celebrate the 20th work anniversary of our Managing Director, Peter Kossing, at BESITEC!

Peter Kossing joined our team in 2005, starting as a Java Developer. Early on, he stood out for his technical expertise, clear communication, and his instinct for sustainable solutions. In 2010, he took over the role of Managing Director – and since then, he has played a key role in shaping the strategic development of our company with dedication, foresight, and personal integrity.

His leadership is characterized not only by innovation – as demonstrated by the development of our BLU software – but also by a collaborative and open company culture where trust, responsibility, and mutual support are highly valued.

We sincerely thank Peter Kossing for two decades of commitment, loyalty, and inspiration – and we look forward to many more successful years together, full of ideas and collaboration.
